Boston Transit Companion provides real-time transit arrival information for the Greater Boston area using publicly available MBTA data. The app is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the MBTA.
Transit predictions are estimates supplied by third-party data sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on the app as your sole source for time-critical travel decisions. We are not liable for missed connections, delays, or any losses arising from use of the app.
The app offers a one-time, non-consumable "Remove Ads" purchase. Purchases are processed and managed by Apple under Apple's standard terms, and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and supports Family Sharing. Refunds are handled by Apple.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt its services, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
