Frequently Asked
- Arrival times look wrong or missing. Predictions come from
the MBTA's live data and can be briefly unavailable during outages or late
nights when service isn't running. Pull to refresh, or try again shortly.
- I'm not getting commute notifications. Make sure
notifications are enabled for the app in iOS Settings, and that the commute has
its alert turned on with a departure time set.
- I bought "Remove Ads" but still see ads. Open Settings in
the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Your purchase follows your Apple ID and is
included with Family Sharing.
- Is this an official MBTA app? No. Boston Transit Companion is an
independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the MBTA.
